Absolutely not! We offer free setup on all basic orders!

Typical turnaround time is 7-15 days + shipping time if applicable. Turnaround time is only an estimate and is not guaranteed. Turnaround time starts when payment has been received in full AND the digital mockup of the artwork has been approved. Complex designs or orders with extra add-ons may increase turnaround time. If you have a specific deadline for your order please mention this when placing your order, rush fees may apply.

Absolutely! Please let us know that your order will require shipping, and where it needs to be shipped to when placing it and your quote will include shipping!

We prefer vector files (.AI, .EPS, etc) as these ensure great image quality and a great looking print. We will gladly accept any file type you can get your hands on. We understand not everyone has these capabilities and are happy to work with what you are able to provide.
